Dining Secretary is essentially a restaurant network and directory. When you request a reservation through us, our staff call the restaurant for you and get back to you within 15 minutes (so long as your request is placed during our business hours and those of the restaurant) .Then, if your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a text with all the info you need: reservation details, the restaurant address and any special offers. In the event the restaurant is full or there's an issue with your request, we'll let you know immediately. We're also happy to recommend alternate restaurants.

As a Dining Secretary member, you can earn points various ways. Here are some of the most popular:

By eating at partner restaurants: Dining points are calculated as a percentage of your total spend at the restaurant. The more you spend, the more you earn. As you upgrade your membership level, you'll have the opportunity to earn even more points. For example. Diamond members earn points based on 30% of their check, whereas Gold Members earn points on 13% of the check. Eat more, spend more, get more. It's that simple.

Writing reviews: Help others by sharing your thoughts and earn points for doing it. For each quality review you submit, you'll have the chance to earn between 3 and 10 points. You can also earn 5 points for writing reviews of a restaurant after participating in a member event there.

Error Reporting: If you see an error in our restaurant information, please tell us. We'll fix it and give you a couple of points for your help.

After you've accumulated enough points, you can swap them on our Rewards website (expected June 2010). If you're not into Hello Kitty apparel, don't worry, we've got plenty of "practical" rewards like subway cards and cell phone charge cards as well.
